Official Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre
UKYFVC5728
Welcome to our travel clinic in Farnborough. Pharmacy Bond was the first locally to offer travel vaccinations through a successful partnership with Citydoc Medical. Following Citydoc Medical's decision to close its UK operations in March 2026, we have transitioned to a fully independent clinic. With 14 years of trusted experience, our same dedicated team continues to provide the same great service independently. This independence has allowed us to offer more affordable pricing and the removal of booking and consultation fees, making us one of the most competitively priced travel clinics in the area.
You can be sure that your travel needs will be dealt with by a professional. A thorough consultation will take place prior to any vaccinations being offered. You will then have the choice to make a decision on the day or think about it and come back at a later date. There is never pressure to make a purchase with us, so why go elsewhere?
Please allow 30 minutes for your appointment, and up to 50 minutes if you have a complex medical history or have had a previous reaction to a vaccine. You are strongly advised to call ahead of your appointment to speak to the pharmacist if you have a complex medical history or if you are immunocompromised.
Some vaccinations require multiple doses, so you are highly advised to plan ahead and have your FREE, no-obligation consultation 6–8 weeks before you travel.

Altitude Sickness
Altitude sickness can happen when you ascend to high altitude, usually above 3000 metres, too quickly. Your body struggles to adapt to the lower levels of oxygen in the air and you can feel dizzy, tired, or short of breath. You might also have a headache and nausea. Altitude sickness medication can help your body adjust to the rapid incline and help prevent altitude sickness.

FAQS
Common questions
✈️
Do you do Yellow Fever Vaccination
Yes. Pharmacy Bond is a registered Yellow Fever Centre and this is our registration no: UKYFVC5728. We also issue duplicate certificates and exemption certificates. Please be aware of clinics that advertise it but do not actually do it. You should always check a clinic's registration number with Nathnac to ensure your certificate is valid by clicking on the following link and entering their registration number: https://nathnacyfzone.org.uk/search-centres.
✈️
When do I need to have my Yellow Fever Vaccination?
Your Yellow Fever Certificate, which is included as standard, will be dated to be valid 10 days after the date of vaccination. You should have it at least 10 days prior to travel.
✈️
Can I have Yellow Fever vaccine with other vaccines?
Yellow Fever vaccine can safely be given with other inactivated vaccines (such as Hep A, Hep B, Rabies, inactivated Typhoid, Cholera, Japanese Encephalitis, DTP and inactivated Chikungunya). Generally speaking it can be given on the same day as other live vaccines or 4 weeks apart. However, it is recommended that MMR is separated by 4 weeks from Yellow Fever.
✈️
Can I have everything I need in one visit?
Yes. However, some vaccines require multiple doses such as hepatitis B, Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis & Cholera.
✈️
If I need a vaccine that requires multiple doses, can I have one with you and the rest with another clinic
Yes of course. You will only be charged for the vaccine administered. You are free to have your remaining vaccines with whomever you wish.
✈️
Do you provide a vaccination record card?
Yes. We provide a physical vaccination card. You will also have digital access to your records.
✈️
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express)
✈️
Can I pay cash?
Yes.
✈️
Can I book a late appointment with you during the week?
Yes. If you pre-book you can attend as late as 7:30pm Mon-Fri. This makes us Farnborough's latest opening travel Clinic
✈️
You are not very visible on Google, are you new?
We are actually the oldest designated Travel Clinic in Farnborough and the surrounding area. We first opened our doors in 2012 and have been doing this full time since. Unfortunately, we operated under the banner of Citydoc until March 2026 when they closed down. We gathered thousands of top rated reviews throughout the years but all this was lost as these were all accumulated under the joint venture with Citydoc Medical. This resulted in us losing all our reviews. The clinic continues to run in exactly the same way as before but now fully independent under our own name.
✈️
Do you keep all vaccines in stock?
We are by far the best stocked Travel Clinic in Farnborough. A typical stock take looks like this: Yellow Fever >30 doses, Rabies> 30 doses, Hep A>30 doses, inactivated Typhoid>30 doses, Live Oral Typhoid >4 doses, Cholera >3 doses, Japanese Encephalitis>15 doses, Tic Borne Encephalitis>2 doses, Hepatitis B>20 doses, Chikungunya >1 dose, Dengue Fever>2 doses, Meningitis B (both brands)>5 doses, Meningitis ACWY>5 doses. Our level of stock is based on historical demand. It is always best to call and check for more up-to-date information.
✈️
Do you do Hajj/Ummrah vaccination and do you provide the official certicaite for it?

✈️
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes you can but you may need to wait if the pharmacist is busy with another appointment
✈️
Are all your travel vaccinations done by a pharmacist?
All our vaccinations are carried out by a very experienced pharmacist with over 16 years experience.
